Md. Shahidul Islam is the General Secretary of the Executive Committee of Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED). At the same time, he is the Executive Director of the organization according to the Constitution. He has knowledge of multifarious development issues in Bangladesh as well as global context. He is experienced of working in development sector for about 18 years. He is serving Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED) since 2012 as Executive Director. He has been facilitating in holding Annual General Meeting of the organization on regular basis. Under his leadership, the organization has made significant milestone serving the target group of people and achieving milestones by implementing a number of projects funded by Bangladesh government as well as other donor agencies. He maintains some strategies developing liaison and communication with key stakeholders i.e. government officials, departments, relevant ministries, private sector, other stakeholders of the project, volunteers, CSOs, CBOs and forming network and alliances on various issues. Under his leadership and having a good relationship with the ally organization, BRED has become Steering Committee member as well as general member of 20 National and Local Network and Alliances, among them MenEngage Bangladesh (EMB) is one of the prominent.

Md. Abdus Sabur Khan has been working as Director, Micro-Finance at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED). He is a man of Kushtiia. He has working experience as Field Coordinator in different organizations. His job responsibilities include prepare training schedule, preparing training manuals, data collection instruments, monitoring field work, and coordination between field survey team and consultants along with preparing data entry information for fields using access or SPSS or excel. He is experienced in data entry processing, primary analysis of data using SPSS, preparing tabulation, compilation of tables of output, assist in preparation of project proposals, collection of relevant report, books, documents and materials, assist in preparation of report.

Md. Faruque Hossain is working as Director, Finance and Accounts at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED). He has completed M. Com from Kushtia Govt. College in 1996. He has received a number of training on financial management, procurement and compliance. He is experienced of working about 21 years in various NGOs as key finance person. He is a man of Kushtia. His is expert on planning, organizing, monitoring, supervision, capacity building initiative, ensuring the quarterly fund disbursement to Partner and financial reporting by Accounting Software Tally. He is also experienced in project admin and HR related functions and able to coordinate with various wings to achieve project activities. He has a deep knowledge on general finance/accounts, budget, financial report, donor report, fund management with bank reconciliation, audit, VAT & Tax, procurement, documentation, assets & inventory management etc. He is responsible for all finance & accounts, revolving loan & savings, plan/budget, project feasibility, provide training among the beneficiaries for their sustainability and report preparation of BRED.

Humaira Yasmin Peya is working as Director Program at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED). She was born in Khulna. She has completed Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) in Management in 2017 from Azam Khan Commerce College, Khulna. She has working experiences on Brand Marketing, customer relationship and people management in Corporate Companies from 2015-2018. She worked as Program Coordinator in the project entitled “Promotion of Gender Justice: Strengthening Engage Men and Boys Network for Reducing Violence against Women and Children in Bangladesh” during the period of April 2019- April 2021. The project was implemented in 12 districts namely Pabna, Patuakhali, Feni, Chattagram, Khulna, Chuadanga, Jhenidah, Nilphamari, Natore, Gaibandha, Naogaon and Tangail with the support of BRAC and Amplify Change, USA. She is expert on networking, communication with various stakeholders in person and over phone. She is also capable of communicating with donor agencies and conducting advocacy through organizing meetings, dialogues, seminars.

Abu Shaleh Md. Ibraheem has completed MA in Management from Borishal University, Borishal in 2003 and started career in NGOs in 2004. He was born in Borishal. He is working as Manager HR Admin at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED). His main professional expertise in development sector includes management, coordination and leading a number of projects in a row, research, project, research designing and planning as well as contribute in implementation stage. Moreover, Monitoring & Evaluation, documentation, report writing are also his passionate areas. He is also adept in project proposal development, maintaining liaison with multifarious stakeholders within and outside the country. He has excellence in corresponding both in person and on line with donor agencies and other relevant stakeholders. He has working experiences in various national level NGOs in multiple positions. His working issues cover WASH, Health, Nutrition, Education, Good Governance, Gender-based Violence, Women Empowerment, Child Labour, Child Education, Safe Migration, Human Trafficking Prevention. He has working experience on social research in a renowned research-based organization. He has also expertise in training management, training manual/guidelines development and developing BCC materials. He has also capability in project supervision as well as capacity development of staff. He has extensive working experience with LGIs at union, upazila and district levels in various districts of the country. He is experienced in strategic planning, annual report writing, editing article and research publications in English and Bangla. He has vast experience of working with multiple stakeholders at community level and social mobilization for behavioral change on various issues including WASH.

Md. Sharifullah Riaz is working as Program Manager at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED). He is a qualified, experienced and dedicated development activist, especially with knowledge management, project management in programs with rights based approach. He has been involved with projects management (including financial management), advocacy, training, knowledge management, research, communication in course of time. As a development worker, he could get in touch with the works of addressing violence, enhancing and establishing human rights, ensuring basic needs (of the beneficiaries), and social justice. With due courage and required skills this person demonstrates a deep commitment to human rights, social justice and the alleviation of human suffering from man-made or natural disasters. He has over 20 years of working experience in different Non-government and Government organizations.
