Md. Shahidul Islam is the General Secretary of the Executive Committee of Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED). At the same time, he is the Executive Director of the organization according to the Constitution. He has knowledge of multifarious development issues in Bangladesh as well as global context. He is experienced of working in development sector for about 20 years. He is serving Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED) since 2005 as Executive Director. He has been facilitating in holding Annual General Meeting of the organization on regular basis. Under his leadership, the organization has made significant milestone serving the target group of people and achieving milestones by implementing a number of projects funded by Bangladesh government as well as other donor agencies. He maintains some strategies developing liaison and communication with key stakeholders i.e. government officials, departments, relevant ministries, private sector, other stakeholders of the project, volunteers, CSOs, CBOs and forming network and alliances on various issues. Under his leadership and having a good relationship with the ally organization, BRED has become Steering Committee member as well as general member of 20 National and Local Network and Alliances, among them MenEngage Bangladesh (EMB) is one of the prominent.

Humaira Yasmin Peya serves as the Deputy Director at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED), a non-governmental organization. Her focus lies in spearheading empowerment, livelihood, health programs including gender-based violence (GBV), making substantial contributions to BRED 's mission.
Spanning a career that commenced in 2015, Humaira Yasmin Peya has held pivotal roles within various national organizations and closely collaborated for Brand Marketing, customer relationship and people management as well as with civil society, human rights defenders, and allies and accumulated real-world experience in development arena. Over the years she has developed her expertise on program design, management, networking and communication with various stakeholders including development partners.
Academically, Humaira Yasmin Peya pursued her postgraduate in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Azam Khan Commerce College, Khulna, providing her with a strong foundation that complements her extensive professional endeavors.

Mr. Muzahid is currently working as a consultant at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED) and previously served in the BFD, NACOM, CPD, THP, DAM, BDPC, CNRS, BRAC and brought experiences in DRR, CCA, livelihoods, NRM, gender, women empowerment, social development, rights of working children, governance, and emergency response projects from various fields. He has experience in consortium project management. He is also efficient at managing and overseeing field-based project implementation.
Mr. Muzahid is highly capable of preparing project deliverables, including the preparation of project completion reports, inception reports, progress reports and technical reports on project findings. He has a strong academic foundation in Master of Management from the University of Dhaka.

Md.Shohidul Islam accomplished B.Sc. (Honors) and M.Sc. (thesis) degrees from the Department of Population Science & Human Resource Development, University of Rajshahi. Later he completed another Masters in Public Health from North South University, Dhaka Bangladesh. He has been working at international and national NGOs such as Terre des Hommes Netherlands, Water Aid Bangladesh, Population Services and Training Center, PIACT Bangladesh, Social and Economic Enhancement Program-SEEP, and Durjoy Nari Shongo for about two decades. As a life-awakening social activist, he has been contributing to a wide range of project cycle management, logical and performance framework, theory of change, M & E framework and M & E plan, disaster risks assessment, cyclone preparedness program, community-based adaptation, and so on. As a vibrant social researcher, he has always been active in conducting quantitative and qualitative research and used to deal with SPSS, STATA, EPI-Info, CS Pro, as well as NVivo and MaxQDA. Most of his published research articles applied word clouds, dendrograms, mind and project mapping, as well as sentiment analysis, sociograms, and social networking.
Currently, he is working as Manager-Program and fundraising at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED), a renowned national NGO of Bangladesh.

Dr. Famida Islam, Public Health and Monitoring Specialist, has extensive experience in public health, epidemiology, and project management. She is conversant with project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, partnership dealing, and donor handling. She did her medical graduation, MBBS from Bangladesh Medical College and MPH from State University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Dr. Islam led public health-related projects of BRED. She effectively presents public health projects in various forums, showcasing his ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. This skill is crucial for engaging stakeholders and garnering support for the project. Dr. Islam conducted many research studies during his long career on public health issues and community health care. She has written many books on epidemiology and has expertise in dealing with SPSS, Epi-Info, CS Pro, NVivo, and MaxQDA. These qualities made her well-equipped to handle public health project planning, implementation, monitoring, and performance measurement.

Afroza has a strong track record of managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to donor regulations. Her experience spans across various projects.
Afroza holds a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting from Eden Mohila College, National University. She is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Currently serving as Manager Program at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED), he possesses a strong foundation in project management, knowledge management, and rights-based approaches.
Throughout his career, Sharif has successfully managed projects, led advocacy initiatives, conducted research, and facilitated training programs. His expertise encompasses financial management, communication, and addressing critical issues such as violence against women, human rights violations, and ensuring access to basic needs for vulnerable populations.
Driven by a deep commitment to social justice and human rights, Sharif consistently demonstrates courage and dedication in his efforts to alleviate human suffering caused by both man-made and natural disasters.

Abu Shaleh Md. Ibraheem has completed MA in Management from the University of Barishal in 2003 and started career in NGOs since 2004. He is working as Manager HR Admin at Bangladesh Rural Economic Development (BRED). His main professional expertise in development sector includes HR and Admin focused on staffs recruitment, staff performance appraisal, rolling up organizational HR issues and system. He has also expertise in training management, training manual/guidelines development and developing module on staff assessments. He has also capability in HR assessment for any project as well as capacity development of staff in terms of maintaining Code of Conduct and introducing staffs for the Organizational HR related issues.
