He has worked in different positions at numerous International and national Organizations and also the Government organization. The major works associated with his career have close linkage with project designing, strategc planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Such as: designing monitoring and evaluation activities, implementation of M&E plans. Monitoring data collection and provide oversight of quality control to the Management; prepare report on Monitoring and Evaluation Plan with associated indicators that are described in the M&E plan and LFA. The work embeds training of field M&E staff and technical staff of stakeholders to enable them to carry out monitoring of the activities. He has working experience of more than 32 years in development field. As an M&E specialist he has worked with data management, data analysis and done interpretation of complex data, undertaken research and Assessment study, Baseline survey, End project evaluation using qualitative, quantitative tools and techniques. As M&E personnel, his work is involved with overseeing the progress on periodical basis and support to the staff in tracking the implementation plan and progress of the project. His career also embeds competency in consultancy services, planning, Administration and implementation of project, preparation of project proposals, preparation of EoI, PCN, Request For Proposal (RFP) and budget as well. The works includes preparation of newsletters, keynote paper, Annual reports, and study reports based on project evaluation, development of Training of materials and translation of documents. In Concern Bangladesh he developed strategic planning, overall management of the project as key person on behalf of Concern Bangladesh and the concerned partner organizations.
